摘要
【目的】比较不同品种牛大力中刺桐碱、芒柄花素及高丽槐素的含量差异,为选育牛大力优良品种提供参考依据。【方法】采用HPLC法测定牛大力不同药用部位中刺桐碱、芒柄花素及高丽槐素的含量,并根据各药用部位的占比,还原牛大力的整体含量。【结果】不同品种牛大力的刺桐碱含量由高到低依次为大叶牛大力(3.889 mg·g^(-1))>中叶牛大力(3.579 mg·g^(-1))>小叶牛大力(1.357 mg·g^(-1)),高丽槐素量的大小依次为大叶牛大力(0.295 mg·g^(-1))>小叶牛大力(0.213 mg·g^(-1))>中叶牛大力(0.181 mg·g^(-1)),而芒柄花素的含量基本一致,且均低于0.02 mg·g^(-1)。【结论】不同品种牛大力刺桐碱、芒柄花素及高丽槐素的含量存在较大差异,大叶牛大力的品质最优,其次为中叶牛大力。
Objective To compare the difference of the contents of hypaphorine,formononetin and maackiain indifferent varieties of Millettia speciosa Champ., so as to supply evidence for the screening and culturing ofimproved varieties of Millettia speciosa Champ.. Methods High performance liquid chromatography（HPLC）methodwas applied to determine the contents of hypaphorine,formononetin and maackiain in different medicinal parts of Millettia speciosa Champ. According to the composition proportion of the various medicinal parts in the sampleresources, we calculated the overall contents in Millettia speciosa Champ. Results Hypaphorine contents indifferent varieties of Millettia speciosa Champ. were as follows：big leaf（3.889 mg·g^-1）middle leaf（3.579 mg·g^-1）small leaf（1.357 mg·g^-1）. Maackiain contents in different varieties of Millettia speciosa Champ. were as follows：big leaf（0.295 mg·g^-1）small leaf（0.213 mg·g^-1）middle leaf（0.181 mg·g^-1）. The contents of formononetinapproximated to the same,and were all lower than 0.02 mg·g^-1. Conclusion Great differences are shown in thecontents of hypaphorine,formononetin and maackiain in different varieties of Millettia speciosa. Big-leaf Millettia speciosa has the highest content,and then comes middle-leaf Millettia speciosa Champ.
