摘要
【目的】通过研究野菊花花期蒙花苷含量、产量与采收时间的关系,确定野菊花适宜采收期。【方法】按照野菊花不同花期动态进行采样称质量,采用超高效液相色谱(UPLC)法测定各组样品中蒙花苷含量。【结果】(1)不同采收期野菊花蒙花苷含量比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);整个花期蒙花苷含量逐渐降低:蕾期>初花期>盛花期>末花期。(2)蕾期至初花期单株野菊花干质量增加最快,初花期单株野菊花蒙花苷积累量最高。【结论】初花期(黄色舌状花出现)至盛花期(管状花完全展开)为野菊花适宜采收期。
Objective To determine the suitable harvest period for Flos Chrysanthemi Indici by studying therelationship of the content and yield of linarin from Flos Chrysanthemi Indici with its harvesting time. Methods FlosChrysanthemi Indici at various flowering periods was sampled and weighed dynamically,and the content of linarinin different samples was determined by ultra performance liquid chromatography(UPLC)method. Results(1)Thedifferences of linarin content of Flos Chrysanthemi Indici harvested at various periods were statistically significant(P〈0.05), and the linarin content of Flos Chrysanthemi Indici varied with the flowering stage in graduallydecreasing sequence:bud stageearly flowering stageflowering stagelate flowering stage.(2)The dry mass ofindividual Flos Chrysanthemi Indici plant increased rapidly from the bud stage to early flowering. And theaccumulation content of linarin in individual Flos Chrysanthemi Indici plant in the early flowering stage was thehighest. Conclusion From the early flowering(yellow tongue-like flower appearing)to full-bloom stage(tubularflower fully developed)is the suitable harvest period for Flos Chrysanthemi Indici.
