摘要
老年女性患者,双下肢多发性疣状丘疹、鳞屑5年余。皮损组织病理示表皮角化过度,棘层肥厚,乳头瘤样增生,真皮少量淋巴细胞浸润。诊断:灰泥角化病。外用0.025%维A酸乳膏治疗1个月后痊愈。
A 72-year-old female presented with multiple verrucous papules and scales on the both lower extremities for over five years. Histopathologic examination revealed epidermal hyperkeratosis, acanthosis, papillomatosis, and mild lymphocytic infiltration in the dermis. Diagnosis： stucco keratosis. The rash subsided gradually by topical applying of 0.025% tretinoin cream in 1 month.
