摘要
本研究以紫苏(Perilla frutescens)秸秆为原料,旨在探讨不同处理方式对其秸秆发酵品质和营养成分的影响。试验分为5个不同处理,即对照组、试验组Ⅰ(添加20%玉米粉+1g·kg-1强微99生酵剂+1g·kg-1粗纤维降解剂+50mL·kg-1木霉发酵液)、试验组Ⅱ(添加20%玉米粉+1g·kg-1强微99生酵剂)、试验组Ⅲ(添加20%玉米粉+1g·kg-1粗纤维降解剂)、试验Ⅳ(添加20%玉米粉+50mL·kg-1里氏木霉发酵液)。每组设3个重复。结果表明,感官评定中试验Ⅰ-Ⅲ组均为良,但试验Ⅰ组分数最高;试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组的pH、有机酸(乙酸、丙酸和丁酸)及氨态氮∶总氮比值均显著低于对照组和其他试验组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,4个试验组的粗纤维(crude fibre,CF)与酸性洗涤木质素(acid detergent lignin,ADL)含量显著降低(P<0.05),粗蛋白(crude protein,CP)和粗脂肪(ether extract,EE)显著升高(P<0.05);试验组Ⅰ和Ⅲ的中性洗涤纤维(neutral detergent fibre,NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(acid detergent fibre,ADF)明显降低,而不同处理对粗灰分(Ash)含量变化的影响不显著(P>0.05)。上述结果显示,在紫苏秸秆中添加20%玉米粉+1g·kg-1强微99生酵剂+1g·kg-1粗纤维降解剂+50mL·kg-1里氏木霉发酵液混合处理后的发酵效果最佳。
As the first batch of medicine,food,and traditional multi-purpose economic plants promulgated by the ministry of health,Perilla frutescens has high nutritional value.The aim of this study was to determine the effects of different treatments on fermentation of P.frutescens straw.The experiments were divided into 5 groups including thecontrol group,group Ⅰ(with 20% corn flour 20 g+1 g·kg-1 Qiangwei 99 starter cultures+0.1 g·kg-1 crude fiber degradation agent+50 mL·kg-1 Trichoderma fermentation solution added),group Ⅱ(with 20% corn flour+1 g·kg-1 Qiangwei 99 starter culture added),group Ⅲ(with 20% corn flour+1 g·kg-1 crude fiber degradation agent added),group Ⅳ(with 20% corn flour+50 mL·kg-1 Trichoderma fermentation solution added).All groups had 3 replicates.The results showed that the sensory score,pH,and contents of organic acids(acetic acid,propionic acid,and butyric)and ammoniac nitrogen in groupsⅠandⅡ were significantly lower than that of the control group and the other groups(P〈0.05).Compared with the control group,the contents of crude fiber(CF)and acid detergent lignin(ADL)decreased significantly and the opposite occurred for crude protein(CP)and crude fat(EE)in the four different treatment groups.Neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber decreased significantly in groupⅠ andⅢ(P〈0.05).However,the content of ash between the control group and different treatment groups was not significantly different.The above results showed that adding 20%corn flour 20 g+1 g·kg-1 Qiangwei 99 starter cultures+1 g·g-1 crude fiber degradation agent+50 mL·kg-1 Trichoderma fermentation solution was the best treatment for fermentation of P.frutescens straw.
