摘要 胰岛素样生长因子1(IGF-1)是人体最重要、作用最广泛的细胞因子之一,具有促进人体生长发育、物质代谢及细胞分化、增殖等作用。血清中IGF-1有两种形式:一是发挥生物学作用的游离型,一是与胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白(IGFBP)3结合的形式,IGFBP-3可促进或抑制IGF-1的生物学活性。当甲状腺功能亢进或减退时,IGF/IGFBP系统发生相应的变化,参与甲状腺细胞的生长与功能的调节,从而影响甲状腺疾病的发生和发展,可能成为诊断甲状腺功能异常的生物标志物之一和临床治疗的新靶点。 Insulin-like growth factor 1( IGF-1) is one of the most important and most extensively functional cytokines in the body. It can promote growth and development,substance metabolism,cell differentiation and proliferation. There are two forms of IGF-1 in the serum: one is the free type of biological function; the other is the insulin-like growth factor binding protein( IGFBP)-3. IGFBP-3 can promote or inhibit the biological activity of IGF-1. The IGF/IGFBP system changes accor dingly in hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism. IGF-1 and IGFB-3 are involved in the regulation of the growth and function of thyroid cells,and affect the development of thyroid diseases. IGF-1 and IGFBP-3 may be one of the biomarkers for the diagnosis of thyroid dysfunction and a new target for the clinical treatment.
