摘要
为了掌握集束型玻璃纤维与砂浆基体间的界面黏结性能,采用纤维单丝拔出试验研究了界面黏结强度,分析了集束型玻璃纤维单丝埋深、水灰比和基体龄期等对界面黏结性能的影响规律,确定了纤维临界埋入长度。结果表明:随玻璃纤维单丝埋入长度的增加,界面黏结强度先减小、后逐渐增大;水灰比在0.30~0.40逐渐增大时,界面黏结强度随之增大;界面黏结强度随养护龄期增大而增加;水灰比为0.35时,玻璃纤维单丝的临界埋入长度为27.5~30mm。
The interfacial bonding strength was evaluated by using Pull-out test to study the interfacial bonding properties between bundling glass fiber and concrete matrix.The effects of the embedding length of bundling glass fiber monofilament,the water-cement-ratio and the age of the matrix were analyzed and the critical embedding length of the fiber was determined.The results showed that with the increase of the embedding length of glass fiber monofilament,the interfacial bonding strength decreased at first and then gradually increased.Meanwhile,the interfacial bonding strength gradually increased when the water-cement-ratio increased from 0.30 to 0.40.In addition,the interfacial bonding strength increased with the curing age.The critical embedding length of glass fiber monofilament was determined to be between 27.5 mm and 30 mm when the water-cement-ratio was 0.35.
