摘要
以钢锚箱为研究对象,采用大型通用有限元软件Ansys对其进行了局部计算分析。通过计算,从构造上对钢锚箱进行优化处理,分析对比不同构造情况下钢锚箱各构件应力分布情况,同时展示了关键传力焊缝沿长度方向的应力分布。结果表明该类型钢锚箱设计合理,能够为相关钢箱系杆拱桥的分析提供一定借鉴。
Aiming at the analysis of steel anchor box, the large general finite element software Ansys is used to carry out the local computing analysis. The steel anchor box is optimized from the structure through the calculation. The stress distribution situations of each component of steel anchor box are analyzed and compared in the different structure conditions. At the same time, the stress distribution of critical force weld along the length direction is showed. The analysis results show that this kind of steel anchor box design is reasonable, and can provide a certain reference for the analysis of the relevant steel box bowstring arch bridges.
