摘要
英语语言的教学不仅是教授语言本身,更重要的是理解这门语言所承载的文化。审美能力的培养是当前许多高职院校教师在进行知识传授的过程中容易忽视的一点。而民族文化、专业要求和时代诉求均体现出高职商务英语人才审美能力培养的重要性。课堂上的审美教育可帮助学生陶冶情操,提升学生的文化品位,树立正确的审美观。课外,学生受到和谐校园文化的潜移默化影响,其审美能力也自然得到提高。
Teaching English is not teaching the language itself and the more important is to understand its culture.The ability to distinguish and select everything,i. e. the cultivation of aesthetic ability is what teachers in many higher vocational colleges neglect in imparting knowledge to their students. However,national culture,major and times requirements reflect the importance of cultivating aesthetic ability of business English majors in higher vocational colleges because aesthetic education in classroom teaching enables students to cultivate their sentiment,and raise their culture taste while forming correct aesthetic viewpoints. After class,students are immersed in harmonious campus culture,so their aesthetic ability will be naturally improved.
