摘要
目的探讨急诊优化分诊路径管理措施的应用效果。方法选取400例急诊患者根据入院ID尾号随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采取常规急诊分诊路径管理措施,观察组在对照组基础上采取急诊优化分诊路径管理措施,比较2组护理质量评分、抢救时间、护理满意度。结果观察组护理质量评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组急诊停留时间、分诊评估时间以及急救时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意率97.50%显著高于对照组90.00%(P<0.05)。结论对急诊患者实施急诊优化分诊路径管理措施,能提高护理质量和满意率,降低分诊失误率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore effect of optimized pathway management in triage of emergency department. Methods A total of 400 emergency patients in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to admission ID. The control group adopted the routine emergency triage pathway,and the observation group optimized triage pathway management on the basis of the control group,and the nursing quality scores of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The nursing quality score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P〈0. 05). The observation group had significantly shorter emergency stay time,triage assessment time and emergency time than the control group(P〈0. 05). The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(97. 50% vs.90. 00%,P〈0. 05). Conclusion Optimized pathway management for emergency patients can improve pathway management,improve nursing quality and satisfaction,and reduce failure rate of triage diagnosis.
