摘要
目的研究分析慢性肝衰竭的发病原因和预后。方法按照随机抽样法的原则选用在本院接受慢性肝衰竭治疗的80例患者进行回顾性研究,探析慢性肝衰竭患者具体的发病原因,同时根据全部患者的预后情况,将其进行分组探析,将48例存活的患者归入观察组,而32例死亡的患者纳进对照组,分析影响两组患者预后的相关性因素。结果患者的乙型肝炎病毒感染的发病率为71.25%,丙型肝炎病毒感染发病率为8.75%,酒精性肝病发病率为11.25%,自身免疫性肝炎发病率为2.50%,其他因素的发病率为6.25%。由此可知乙型肝炎病毒感染、酒精性肝病、丙型肝炎病毒感染是慢性肝炎发病的3个主要因素;对照组年龄≥50岁、肝硬化、肝性脑病等患者的例数明显高于观察组(P<0.05)。结论慢性肝衰竭的发病原因的主要有病毒性肝炎、酒精性肝病史两个因素,而能够对患者的预后产生干扰的主要有年龄50岁以上、原发性腹膜炎、肝肾综合征、合并肝性脑病、肝硬化基础、消化道出血、腹水等多种因素。
Objective To study the causes and prognosis of chronic liver failure. Methods According to the principle of random sampling, we selected 80 patients who underwent chronic liver failure in our hospital for retrospective study, and analyzed the specific causes of the disease in patients with chronic liver failure. According to the prognosis of all patients, 48 surviving patients were included in the observation group, while 32 deaths were included in the control group. Analysis of prognostic factors affecting the two groups of patients. Results The incidence of hepatitis B virus infection was 71.25%, the incidence of hepatitis C virus infection was 8.75%, the incidence of alcoholic liver disease was 11.25%, the incidence of autoimmune hepatitis was 2.50%. The incidence of other factors 6.25%. This shows that hepatitis B virus infection, alcoholic liver disease, hepatitis C virus infection is the incidence of chronic hepatitis three major factors; control group aged ≥50 years old, cirrhosis, hepatic encephalopathy and other patients was significantly higher than the number of cases Group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The main causes of chronic liver failure are viral hepatitis and history of alcoholic liver disease. The main causes of chronic liver failure are patients over 50 years of age, primary peritonitis, hepatorenal syndrome, combined liver disease encephalopathy, cirrhosis, gastrointestinal bleeding, ascites and other factors.
