2型糖尿病合并脑梗死患者血清SOD水平及生活质量分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的分析2型糖尿病合并脑梗死患者血清SOD水平,探讨氧化应激水平与糖尿病患者并发脑梗死的相关性。方法本研究中收集2型糖尿病合并脑梗死患者97例作为研究组,非糖尿病脑梗死患者102例作为对照组,采用邻苯三酚自氧化法测定两组患者在治疗前后血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平,采用生活质量综合评定问卷(Generic Quality of Life Inventory 74)对研究对象进行生活质量评价。结果两组患者在性别、年龄等方面差异无统计学意义。研究组生活质量各维度评分明显低于对照组。治疗前研究组血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后两组血清SOD水平较治疗前均有明显上升(P<0.05),但研究组仍明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病合并脑梗死患者生活质量及血清SOD水平明显低于非糖尿病脑梗死患者,氧化应激可能与2型糖尿病患者脑梗死相关。 Objective To analyze the quality of life and serum SOD levels in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with cerebral infarction, and to investigate the correlation between oxidative stress levels and cerebral infarction in diabetic patients. Methods A total of 97 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with cerebral infarction in study group and 102 cases patients with non-diabetic cerebral infarction in control group were recruited from People’s Hospital of Yanshan from January 2016 to June 2017. Serum superoxidase dismutase(SOD) level was detected by three phenyl phenol autoxidation process. Generic Quality of Life Inventory 74 questionnaire was used to assess the quality of life.Results There was no significant difference in sex and age between the two groups. The scores of quality of life in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the serum SOD levels of study group were significantly lower than the control group before treatment(P〈0.05), the serum SOD levels of two groups were significantly increased after treatment(P〈0.05), but the serum SOD levels of study group were significantly lower than control group after treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The quality of life and serum SOD levels of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with cerebral infarction are significantly lower than patients with non-diabetic cerebral infarction, and oxidative stress may be related to cerebral infarction in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
