摘要
目的探讨将美国心脏协会(American Heart Association,AHA)生命支持课程培训模式应用于国防生《野战护理学》基础生命支持(basic life support,BLS)培训中的效果。方法采取整群抽样法选取2016年到我校接受任职教育的204名国防生为研究对象。采用AHA生命支持课程培训模式中的"边看边练"(practice while watching,PWW)教学法,对其实施《野战护理学》BLS培训。结果 96%以上的学员认可PWW教学法的BLS培训教学内容和教学安排;47.5%的学员认为与其他培训方式相比,美国AHA的培训方式整体难度水平一般;80.9%以上的学员们认为BLS培训中使用PWW教学法能活跃课堂气氛、提高学习兴趣、提高团队合作意识、更容易掌握心肺复苏技术,并有信心运用好课程所教授的技能,且能凭借在本课程中学到的技能,对紧急情况做出反应。结论 PWW教学法适用于国防生BLS培训,得到了学员的普遍认可,但仍需不断完善进而推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of American Heart Association(AHA)basic life support(BLS)training model for the field military nursing of the professional education for national defence students.Methods We selected 204 cases and used practice while watching(PWW)teaching method to carry AHA BLS training for the field military nursing teaching.Results There were 96%students satisfied with this teaching course and teaching arrangement;47.5%students thought the level of difficulty was acceptable.More than 80.9% students reported that the classroom climate,their learning interest,team work spirit and CPR skills were improved.They had the confidence to use BLS skills and could respond to emergency.Conclusions PWW teaching method is applicable to the BLS training of the professional education for national defence students,and they all accepted this training model.In future,it is still necessary to make constant improvements.
