硒叶面肥对小麦农艺性状、产量和硒含量影响的初步研究 被引量:8

Preliminary Study on the Effect of Selenium Foliar Fertilizer on Agronomic Characters, Yield and Selenium Content of Wheat

摘要 对7个小麦(Triticum aestivum L.)品种(系)施用硒叶面肥,以空白为对照,探讨硒叶面肥对小麦农艺性状、产量和籽粒硒含量的影响。结果表明:(1)施用硒叶面肥对小麦结实率的影响显著(F=7.15>F0.05);(2)施用硒叶面肥对小麦产量影响不显著(F=3.84<F0.05)。施用硒叶面肥后小麦单产均值为311.82kg/667m^2,比对照增加4.2%;(3)施用硒叶面肥可以增加小麦籽粒的硒含量,施用硒叶面肥后小麦籽粒的平均硒含量为0.316mg/kg,比对照增加0.263mg/kg。鄂麦18、鄂麦596对硒的吸收能力较强,籽粒硒含量分别达到0.487、0.357mg/kg;鄂麦398对硒的吸收能力较差,籽粒硒含量仅为0.195mg/kg。 In order to elucidate the effects of foliar fertilizer with selenium on wheat(Triticum aestivum L.)agronomic characters,grain yield and selenium content,the selenium-containing foliar fertilizer was applied to 7 wheat varieties with blank as control.The results showed that the application of selenium containing foliar fertilizer had certain influence on the agronomic characters of wheat,and significant impact was induced on wheat seed setting rate(F=7.15>F0.05).The effect of application of selenium containing foliar fertilizer on wheat yield was not significant(F=3.84<F0.05).The average yield per unit of wheat was 311.82 kg/667 m^2 after application of selenium fertilizer,and the increase was 4.2% over the control.The increase of selenium content in wheat seeds was significant,and the average selenium content of wheat grain was 0.316 mg/kg after application of selenium-containing foliar fertilizer,which increased by 0.263 mg/kg compared with control.E-mai 18,E-mai 596 had better absorption of selenium,and grain selenium content reach 0.487 mg/kg and 0.357 mg/kg respectively.E-mai398 had poor absorption of selenium,and grain selenium content was only 0.195 mg/kg.
