中国人粒细胞无形体病流行现状及其影响因素 被引量:12

摘要 人粒细胞无形体病是威胁人类健康的新发蜱传自然疫源性疾病。近年来随着原生环境的加速开发以及人口流动加快,人粒细胞无形体病感染数量逐年上升且传播范围不断扩大。为了更有效的预防控制人粒细胞无形体病,本文就我国人粒细胞无形体病流行现状进行概述,并分析生物因素、自然因素、社会因素对人粒细胞无形体病发生和流行的影响。 As an emerging tick-borne natural-focus disease,huaman granulocytic anaplasmosis(HGA)has become a serious threat to human health.Recently,with the accelerated exploitation of the native environment and the acceleration of migration,the cases are increasing and widely distributing in China.This paper is a brief overview of HGA epidemic situation in China and analyzes the epidemical factors of HGA,including biological,natural and social factors,to prevent and control the occurrence of HGA effectively.
