摘要
建筑信息建模(BIM)是协同工作平台下的数字化技术。BIM技术通过集合丰富的建筑信息,来辅助解决建筑项目在设计、施工、运营、拆除等阶段中难以把控的问题。BIM技术的创新为建筑项目在建筑全生命周期的建设与开发中减少对环境影响提供新手段。结合BIM的应用技术,对BIM技术在建筑全生命周期中在环境可持续性增强方面做了探讨,同时提出通过有效采用BIM增强环境可持续性的建议和在应用过程中应注意的问题。
Building Information Modelling(BIM) is a digitalised technology under a collaborative working platform. The BIM technology can help to solve the problems in the design,construction,operation and demolition of construction projects through the collection of rich architectural information. The innovation of BIM provides new means for building projects to reduce environmental impact in the construction,and develops the whole life cycle of buildings. Based on BIM application,the paper discusses the environmental sustainability of BIM technology in the building whole lifecycle. At the same time,the paper proposes adoptions to improve environmental sustainability with BIM and solve problems to be concerned in the application process.
