摘要
针对当前食品营养与安全科学知识在民众中的普及情况,剖析了食品营养与安全知识科学普及的依据,在此基础上提出了加强普及食品营养与安全知识的途径和建议。
According to the situation about the general science education of food nutrition and safety knowledge in China,the necessity, existing problems and ground of food nutrition and safety knowledge popularization were analyzed in this paper. As a consequence,some potential suggestions were proposed to strengthen the food nutrition and safety knowledge popularization in China,which might be helpful to popularize the science to all the citizens.
