摘要
针对典型结构件在DMU50机床的数控铣削加工过程中,将CATIA软件的刀位文件生成机床应用程序的问题,利用C++语言编制了数控系统SIEMENS 840D的后置处理程序,并通过仿真加工实例验证了该程序的可行性。
The postprocessor of SIEMENS 840 D was programmed by C + + to deal with the problem of converting the cutter location source file in CATIA software to machining program during the CNC milling process of the typical structural part in DMU50 machine tool. The correctness and validity of the method was certified by simulation machining experiments.
