氨法脱硫系统中结垢原因及处理方法

摘要 贵州开阳化工有限公司是年产50万吨合成氨的大型现代化化工企业,生产系统配套5台(目前4台)UG-150/9.8-M5型循环流化床锅炉。采用布袋除尘方式,通过两套氨法脱硫装置脱除烟气中的SO_2,从而实现烟气达标排放的目的。但运行过程中出现较为严重的结垢现象,造成该环保装置无法长周期运行,必须不定期倒塔清理积垢,给企业实现全年达标排放的目标构成较大的压力。在运行过程中通过不断的摸索和尝试,对该系统进行适当的优化改造,运行效果实现了一定的好转。现将我公司在处理该装置积垢方面存在的问题及解决方法总结如下,以便和同仁相互借鉴。 Guizhou qianyang chemical co.,LTD.Is a large-scale modernized chemical enterprise with annual output of 500,000 tons of synthetic ammonia.The production system is equipped with 5(currently 4) ug-150/9.8-m5 circulating fluidized bed boilers.Using the cloth bag dust removal method,two sets of ammonia desulphurization devices were used to remove the SO2 in the fue gas,so as to achieve the goal of gas emission standard.But serious scaling phenomenon appeared in the process of running,cause the environmental protection device can not run for a long period of time,must not pour tower cleaning fouling,regularly to the enterprise full-year target emissions constitute a larger pressure.In the course of operation,the system is optimized and transformed by continuous trial and error,and the operation efect is improved.The problems and solutions of our company in dealing with the scaling of the device are summarized as follows,and the colleaguescan learn from each other.
