摘要
实验室是高校学生成长的重要场所,是高校人才培养的孵化基地,也是教学体系中至关重要的一环。浙江大学创新设计实验室通过大量的实践和探索,借鉴国内外先进经验,在设计创新实验课程、创新实验教学模式的基础上,开创项目导向的实践创新模式,进行实验室开放探索,完善规章制度,整合和共享资源,建立考评及激励机制,促进了实验教学的创新,提升了学生的创新能力,推动了科研和学科发展及实验室体制和机制创新。
The laboratory is an important place for the growth of college students,an incubating base for the university talent training,and also a vital link of the teaching system.Based on a lot of practice and exploration,by learning from the advanced experience at home and abroad,and on the basis of the design of innovative experimental courses and the innovation of the experimental teaching mode,the Innovative Design Laboratory of Zhejiang University initiates the project-oriented practical innovation mode,carries out the exploration on the laboratory opening,improves the rules and regulations,implements the integration and sharing of resources,and establishes the evaluation and incentive mechanism,which has promoted the innovation of experimental teaching,enhanced the students’ innovative ability,and pushed forward the scientific research,disciplinary development and innovation of the laboratory system and mechanism.
