摘要
实施"混合制"校企共建共享物流实训基地模式,不仅可以解决实训基地建设资金单一问题,还可以深化校企合作内涵,促进企业对实训基地的投入与参与程度。从制度建设、资金配置、组织架构以及日常运行机制等方面尝试构建混合制共建共享物流实训基地。
Implementing the mixed school-enterprise co-developed and shared logistics practical training base mode can not only solve the funding problem often encountered in training base construction, but also deepen the connotation of the school-enterprise cooperation, besides promoting the investment and participation of enterprises in the practical training bases. In this paper, a mixed codeveloped and shared logistics practical training base was established and examined on the aspects of system construction, fund allocation,organizational structure, and daily operation mechanism.
