摘要
指出我国铁路集装箱运输的定价主要依据箱型和运输距离分别计算运价率和运费,而公路和水路是根据市场供需波动灵活制定运价的,致使港口企业的经营成本与客户集装箱运输成本的增加,一定程度上影响了港口企业选择集装箱铁水联运的积极性。就存在问题将从集装箱铁水联运运价系统结构、铁路和水路运价特点及影响运价的运输市场供需关系等方面展开研究,拟找出适应集装箱铁水联运运营主体和需求主体且有利于综合运输市场有序竞争的定价方法。
In this paper, it is pointed out that the pricing of the railway container transportation services in China mainly depends on container type and transportation distance and the tariff and the freight rate are calculated respectively, while the highway and waterway transportation services are priced flexibly in view of the fluctuation of the market supply and demand, which would lead to increase in the operating costs of the port enterprises and the container shipping cost of the customers, and to a certain extent, a-ect the enthusiasm of the port enterprises in adopting the container rail-water intermodal transportation service. Then in view of these problems, the relevant research was conducted on the price structure of the container rail-water intermoda] transportation service, the characteristics of the railway and waterway transportation services, and the supply and demand relationship of the freight markets which attects the freight rates, in the effort to identity the suitable pricing practice that fits the operating bodies and demand bodies in the container rail-water intermodal transportation market and is conducive to the orderly competition in the comprehensive transportation market.
