摘要
单拉索点式幕墙美观、通透,装饰效果非常出色,但是存在拉索结构拉力较大,对主体结构强度、刚度要求较高的情况,尤其是原方案中未考虑、而后期需采用拉索幕墙时,很难有有效的应对措施。设计通过采用自平衡体系,平衡掉拉索的张力,使主体结构不再承受拉索的较大拉力是最优的解决办法。文章基此从自平衡体系的布置,拉索与钢结构的整体模型建立,拉索非线性加载和计算,荷载组合的配置等方面详细论述。并对该类型项目的预拉方法和施工过程中的注意事项进行了阐述。
The single cable point curtain wall is beautiful and transparent,and the decorative effect is excellent. But the tension of the cable structure is larger,and the requirement for the strength and stiffness of the main structure is higher. In particular,the original scheme has not been considered,and it is difficult to have effective measures when the cable curtain wall is used in the later period. It is the best solution to balance the tension of the cable by using the self balancing system,so that the main structure of the main body can no longer bear the larger tension of the cable. This paper summarizes the design of self balanced monolayer cable net curtain wall from the aspects of the layout of self balancing system,the establishment of the overall model of cable and steel structure,the nonlinear loading and calculation of cables,and the configuration of load combinations. And this type of project,pre drawing method and the construction process of attention are expounded.
