摘要
拟除虫菊酯是一种仿生杀虫剂,具有杀虫谱广、活性高、用量少且速效等特点。本文将二苯醚基引入拟除虫菊酯的药效团功夫菊酸中,4-苯氧基苯胺和功夫酸经缩合反应合成了一种含二苯醚的菊酰胺化合物,其结构经~1H NMR,HR-MS(ESI)和元素分析表征。初步的杀虫活性测试结果表明:该化合物在500 mg·L^(-1)时对粘虫的抑制率为80%。
Chrysanthemum played an important role in new insecticides owing to broag speturm,high activity and low toxicity. Based on the bioactivity structure of chrysanthemum,a chrysanthemumamide derivatice containing the diphenyl ether group was synthesized. The structure were confirmed by 1H NMR,HR-MS(ESI) and elemental analysis. The further insecticidal activity reseach revealed that the inhibition ratio was 80% at 500 mg·L-1 against Plutella xylostella.
