摘要
锂离子电池组在线均衡影响参数众多,但缺乏定量研究。提出在不同的初始容量差异、电流倍率和均衡阈值下的主动均衡实验,并搭建主动均衡测试平台。提高均衡电流比和均衡时间比,有利于增加均衡效果;在主回路电流为2.00 C和初始容量差异达到15%及以上时,均衡电流比和均衡时间比接近0;均衡阈值合理减小,可提高均衡效果。
There were many parameters but no quantitative research on the online balancing of Li-ion battery packs. The active balancing experiments under different initial capacity difference, current ratio and balancing threshold were proposed, the active balancing test platform was built. The balancing effect was improved by increasing the balancing current ratio and balancing time ratio. When the main circuit current was 2. 00 C and the initial capacity difference reached 15% or higher, both balancing current ratio and balancing time ratio were close to 0. The balancing effect was improved by suitable reduction of the balancing threshold.
