摘要
从主观感知视角建构图书馆公共文化服务效能评价框架,具有不可替代性,且有助于弥补客观性评价指标无法评估其社会影响的缺陷。文章阐述了图书馆公共文化服务效能的涵义及评价的意义,在文献研究的基础上总结了居民主观幸福感和图书馆公共文化服务效能评价的相关进展,从构建原则、评价维度、具体指标等三方面初步构建了图书馆公共文化服务效能评价的框架,并梳理了其间的逻辑关系,最后指出了理解这一框架所需要注意的几个问题。
It is unreplaceable to construct a framework of evaluating the library public cultural service from the objective angle,and it is helpful for filling the gap of subjective indexes. The thesis explaines the definition of library public cultural service effectiveness and the meaning of evaluating it,and summarizes the progress of subjective well-being of residents and library public cultural service effectiveness based on literature research. It constructes the framework of it from three aspects of constructing principle,evaluating dimensions,specific index,and untangled the logical relationship of the dimensions. Finally it pointes out several points which should be paid attention to when understanding the framework.
