摘要
2016年，国家开展全国范围内的行政事业单位国有资产核实工作，高校财务部门主要负责往来款项的清理，清查中发现往来款项存在管理不规范、信息化建设不到位、历史遗留问题未能及时有效解决等普遍问题。本文通过分析问题产生的原因，提出解决策略和管理建议。
