基于创新创业能力培育的“四位一体”实践教学模式 被引量:27

摘要 对于地方应用型本科院校来说,对学生创新创业能力的培养是当前的首要目标。通过问卷调查法,从对创业的态度、创业动机、对创业政策的了解、在校创新创业活动的参与情况等4个方面,了解当前应用型本科院校大学生创新能力培养的现状,然后以西安外事学院物流管理专业为例,提出并构建了"课堂教学、竞赛锻炼、横向课题研究、创业扶持"四位一体的实践教学体系,来全面提高大学生的创新创业能力,从而为应用型本科院校培养具有优异综合素质的创新人才提供可行机制,并为该机制的成功实施提出一些建议,如完善学校的相关政策管理机制,加强校、政、行、企战略合作,加强双师型教师队伍的建设。 For local application-oriented institutions , the cuhivation of students'innovative ability is the primary target at present. In the article, the author had an insight into the status quo of innovative ability training of college students of local application-oriented institutions by the questionnaire survey in the four aspects of the attitude towards entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial motivation, understanding of entrepreneurship policy, the involvement of entrepreneurial activity. And then taking logistics management of Xian International University as an example, the paper proposed and constructed the Quaternity Practice Training mode of " classroom teaching, discipline competition, topic research and support policy " to improve college students'innovation ability. It may provide some feasible mechanism for local application-oriented institutions to train creative talents with excellent comprehensive quality, such as improving the policy management mechanism of the school, strengthening the strategic, cooperation between the school and the government, and strengthening the construction of the double division teachers.
