摘要
目的观察紫外线灯和多功能空气消毒机对妇科门诊手术室空气消毒效果。方法采用自然沉降法采样和细菌培养方法,对紫外线灯照射法和多功能空气消毒机消毒某医院妇科门诊手术室空气的效果进行观察。结果在无人状态下2种消毒方法均作用1 h,消毒后空气中存活菌数≤4.0 cfu/平皿,2种消毒方法的结果一致。在有人工作状态下,多功能空气消毒机消毒后维持有效时间较紫外线照射法要持久。结论无人状态下2种消毒方法消毒效果无差别,但有人状态下,多功能空气消毒机可持续运行,其消毒效果的维持明显好于紫外线照射法。
Objective To investigate the effect of ultraviolet lamp and multifunctional air disinfector on disinfection in the operation room of gynecology clinic,so as to provide the basis for improving the air quality in operation room. Methods Ultraviolet lamp and multifunctional air disinfector were used to disinfect the gynecology outpatient operation room in our hospital respectively. Air sampling was carried out before disinfection and different hours after disinfection respectively by the natural sedimentation method. The disinfection efficacy of the two methods,bacterial monitoring results of different surfaces and the detection rate and constituent ratio of each kind of bacteria were compared. Results Comparing the average number of colonies after two kinds of disinfection methods under the static state,the difference was not statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Under the working condition,the multi-function air disinfector met the requirements of class III environmental sanitation standards. After 2,4,6 and 8 hours,the average number of colonies in the air was obviously lower than that of the ultraviolet lamp（ P〈0. 05）. The disinfection rate of the operation table,monitor,air conditioner and aspirator in the operation room reached the requirements of the two disinfection methods. The detection rate and constituent ratio of various bacteria in the disinfection method of multifunctional air disinfector were lower than that of ultraviolet lamp irradiation method,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The multifunction air disinfector is more effective than ultraviolet lamp in the disinfection of gynecology outpatient operation room,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
