摘要
为解决拜什塔木铜矿因尾砂含泥量高而导致的沉降脱水效果差及膏体输送阻力大等问题,基于絮凝沉降实验确定了适用于该矿的全尾砂膏体充填参数。首先,利用拜什塔木铜矿全尾砂与不同絮凝剂开展了尾砂絮凝实验,优选了最为适合该矿的絮凝剂;然后,根据选定的絮凝剂开展了不同单耗条件下的尾砂沉降规律研究;最后,基于确定的最佳絮凝剂单耗,采用自制的深锥实验装置开展了室内动态沉降与压密取样实验。研究结果表明:絮凝剂可以明显提高全尾砂沉降效果,以沉降速度为判据,Magnafloc5250絮凝剂的絮凝效果最优,且在该絮凝剂掺量为25g·t^(-1)时其技术经济效益最佳;从动态压密、底流取样两个角度对底流浓度进行了研究,确定浓密机最佳底流浓度为70%~71%。
There existed problems like bad setting dehydration effects and big paste conveying resistance due to the high mudcontent within the full tailings of Baishitamu Copper Mine (BCM). To solve the above problems, parameters of cemented paste backfillingmost suitable for this mine were determined based on flocculating sedimentation experiments. Firstly, the full tailings of BCM anddifferent types of flocculants were utilized to conduct flocculation experiments, and the flocculant befitting which was selected. Then,studies were carried out based on the preferred flocculant, additive contents of which were changed. Last, based on the definitiveflocculant unit consumption, a self-made deep-cone thickener was employed to conduct the indoor dynamic settlement and compactionexperiments. The results show that the flocculant can significantly improve the settlement effects of the full tailings. According to thesettling velocity, the Magnafloc 5250 flocculant is the most suitable one, and when the addition amount is 25g·t-1, it will obtain the besttechnical and economic benefit. The optimal underflow concentration is 70%-71% from the two angles, i.e., dynamic compaction andunderflow sampling.
