摘要
采用铜阳极泥常压预浸脱铜和加压预浸脱铜工艺,对阳极泥脱铜流程进行研究。介绍了预浸脱铜工艺流程,分析了阳极泥中铜含量变化对生产工艺造成的影响,梳理了处理方式,阐述了脱铜处理过程中的调整关键,提出了改进意见以达到脱铜能力的提升和尾液的再利用。
The process of copper anode mud prepreg depring and pressured prepreg depranation is used to study the decuprionprocess of anode slime. The prepreg copper removal process, analyzes the influence of the change of copper content in anode mud causedby the production process, combing processing methods, expounds the key to adjust the copper removal process, put forward suggestionsto improve the reuse ability of the solution and the removal of copper.
