摘要
传统评估方法对于建筑工程质量的监测和评价,易受到外界因素的干扰,监测周期长、误差高,此外还存在监控点布设困难,数据处理形式单一等不足。提出基于激光扫描数据的建筑工程质量评估模型,首先分析了地面激光三维扫描的原理,并给出了基于激光扫描评估建筑工程质量技术路线图;然后对提取的激光点云集合进行预处理,完成特征点拼接和噪声去除;再对点云集合进行误差分析,实现对建筑物工程质量评估数学模型的构建。仿真数据表明,提出的建筑工程质量评估模型设计,监控精度高、误差低、评估结果最接近于理论值。
The traditional evaluation method for the monitoring and judging of construction quality is easy to be distur bed by external factors such as long monitoring cycle, high error rate, difficult allocation of monitoring spots, single data processing formation etc. Therefore, the evaluation model of construction quality based on laser scanning data is proposed. First, analyze the principle of ground laser 3D scanning and give out the technological roadmap of construction quality evaluation based on laser scanning. Then, prepocess the laser point cloud set to complete the feature stitching and denoising. And analyze the error of point cloud set toachieve theestablish of mathematical model of construction quality evaluation. The simulation data shows that this desigh has high accuracy, low error rate and the result is theclosest to theoretical value.
