摘要 近年来机械设备逐渐走向大型、高速、复杂和自动化方向,在推动社会经济发展方面发挥了巨大的作用,但也由此导致了机械设备事故突发性、灾难性更高等问题。大型装备系统智能力学监测与故障诊断技术一直是机械装备状态监测领域关注的热点,但传统的诊断方法仍难以达到精准高效的目标要求,因此对光纤传感器的独特优势进行深入的分析和调研后,提出通过光纤传感器的力学特性检测方法对机械设备进行运行情况进行检测。并通过仿真实验对以上方法进行验证,实验结果证实光纤传感器在检测中能够充分满足机械设备的检测要求,实现对机械设备高精度的无损检测。 In recent years, machinery and equipment gradually develope to the large -scale, high -speed, complex and automatic directions. In the socio - economic development it has played a significant role, but also makes the mechanical equipment accident have higher suddenness and destructiveness and other issues. Intelligent monitoring and fault diagnosis technology of large equipment system has always been a hot topic in the field of mechanical equipment status monitoring, but the traditional diagnosis method is still difficult to achieve the goal of accuracy and efficien- cy. Therefore, after deep analysis and research of the unique advantages of fiber optic sensors, put forward mechanical characteristics detection method by fiber optic sensors to detect the operation of mechanical equipment. The experimental results show that the optical fiber sensor can fully meet the requirements of mechanical equipment detection and realize high -precision nondestructive testing of mechanical equipment.
