添加杜仲提取物及胆汁酸对凡纳滨对虾生长性能、免疫相关酶活性的影响 被引量:6

摘要 试验旨在探究添加杜仲提取物及胆汁酸后对凡纳滨对虾生长性能及免疫相关酶活性的影响。试验选用规格一致,初始体重为(0.193±0.002)g的凡纳滨对虾,随机分为4组,每组设置3个重复,每个重复30尾虾,分别饲喂添加0.3 g/kg的杜仲提取物(对照组)、杜仲提取物+胆汗酸(0.3+0.08)、(0.3+0.12)、(0.3+0.16)g/kg的日粮,饲养周期为6周。试验结果表明,对照组的肥满度、饵料系数与其他各试验组差异不显著(P>0.05),试验组肝体比明显低于对照组,成活率均明显高于对照组,(0.3+0.12)、(0.3+0.16)g/kg试验组的增重率明显高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。血清中溶菌酶的活性对照组明显低于各试验组,肝脏中对照组显著低于(0.3+0.12)、(0.3+0.16)g/kg组(P<0.05);血清中(0.3+0.12)、(0.3+0.08)g/kg组MDA水平显著低于对照组,肝脏中(0.3+0.12)g/kg组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);CAT的活性在血清和肝脏中对照组与试验组没有出现显著性差异(P>0.05),PO在血清中变化都没有出现显著性差异(P>0.05);对照组的GOT活性明显低于试验组,对照组的GPT活性明显低于(0.3+0.08)、(0.3+0.16)g/kg组,差异显著(P<0.05)。综合以上生长性能、免疫相关酶活性变化的各指标,(0.3+0.12)g/kg杜仲提取物与胆汁酸为最优添加组。 The purpose of this study was to explore the effect of Eucommia ulmoides extract and bileacids on growth performance and related immune enzyme in Litopenaeus vannamei. The same specifi-cation of shrimps with initial weight of(0.193±0.002) g were selected for test. The test included fourgroups with thirty shrimps were employed in one group, and each group was repeated for three times.0.3 g/kg E. ulmoides extract mixed to the diets were fed to the control group, while(0.3+0.08),(0.3+0.12),(0.3+0.16) g/kg E. ulmoides extract and bile acids in diets were given to three test groups fordaily diet, respectively. The feeding duration was 6 weeks. The test results showed that the fatness,feed coefficient have no significant difference between control group and test groups(P〈0.05), however,the liver index of test group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the survival ratewas significantly higher than that of the controlgroup, as well as the weight gain rates of the testgroups fed with(0.3+0.12) and(0.3+0.16) g/kgwere significantly higher than that of the controlgroup(all of these differences were significantwith P〈0.05). In addition, the lysozyme activityin serum from control group was significantlylower than those from the test groups, and the same results were observed for the same index in the liver from(0.3+0.12),(0.3+0.16) g/kg groups(P〈0.05). Further tested the MDA levels found that the values from both the groups of(0.3+0.12),(0.3+0.08) g/kg were significantly lower than that from control group in serum, while the value only from the(0.3+0.12) g/kg group presented significantly lower than that from control group in liver, and all of thedifferences were significant(P〈0.05). Moreover, there were no significant difference on CAT activity inserum and liver, as well as PO changes in serum(P〈0.05). While GOT activity of control group wassignificantly lower than those in experimental group(P〈0.05), and GPT activity of control group wassignificantly lower than those of(0.3+0.08) g/kg and(0.3+0.16) g/kg groups(P〈0.05). Based on above,the(0.3+0.12) g/kg E. ulmoides extract and bile acid was the best diet additive group according to theabove growth performance and the index of various immune related enzymes activities.
