Service mode and practice of scientific journals during participating in scientific and technological innovation activities

摘要 【目的】探讨科技期刊在科技创新中所发挥的作用,以提升科技期刊的服务能力。【方法】介绍《煤炭科学技术》参与科技创新活动的途径与实践,《煤炭科学技术》从提供情报资料、发布科技信息、搭建学术交流平台、直接或间接参与科学研究、开展论文写作指导等方面开展科技创新服务工作。【结果】科技期刊通过参与科技创新活动,在了解读者、作者的真正需求,有针对性地提升期刊服务水平的同时,也对扩大期刊专家队伍、提升期刊质量、培养编辑人才大有裨益。【结论】科技期刊与科技创新活动相互依存、共同发展,期刊直接或间接从事科技创新活动,既可发挥科技期刊的知识服务功能,也有助于提高期刊品牌知名度和影响力。 [Purposes] This study aims to explore the role of journals in scientific and technological innovation,and to improve the service ability of journals. [Methods]We introduced the route and experiences of Coal Science and Technology during participating in scientific and technological innovation activities,and conducted the scientific and technological services in many ways,such asproviding the intelligence information,releasing the scientific and technological information,building the academic exchange platform,participating in the technical researches directly or indirectly,and conducting the writing guidance of technical papers.[Findings]Scientific journals participate in the scientific and technological activities to understand the information from readers and authors,and improve the service levels of journals. It also has a high benefit to expand the expert resources,improve the quality of journals,and enhance editors’ abilities. [Conclusions] Scientific journals and scientific and technological innovation activities are interdependent and develop together. Journals participate in scientific and technological activities directly and indirectly,which could play the role of knowledge service and improve the journal’s brand awareness and influences.
