摘要
【目的】分析科技期刊编辑职业韧性的现状,探讨编辑职业韧性的培养策略。【方法】采用一般资料问卷和职业韧性量表,通过现场调查和网络发放调查问卷的方式,调查科技期刊编辑的职业韧性。【结果】科技期刊编辑职业韧性总分为(56.93±7.36)分,得分指标为79.07%。职业韧性量表的3个维度得分指标由高到低依次为成就目标、调整适应、探索精神。【结论】科技期刊编辑职业韧性处于中等偏上水平,其培养策略主要包括提升编辑成就目标水平,改善编辑调整适应能力和培养编辑探索精神。
[Purposes] This paper aims to analyze the status of career resilience of scientific journal editors,and to explore the corresponding training strategies. [Methods] Career resilience of scientific journal editors was investigated by general information questionnaire and career resilience scale. The survey was conducted online and onsite. [Findings]The total score of career resilience of scientific journal editors is 56.93±7.36,and the score index is 79.07%. The scoring indicators of career resilience scale from high to loware achievement goal,adjustment and adaptation,and exploring spirit. [Conclusions] The career resilience of scientific journal editors is at an over medium level,and the training strategies which can enhance the career resilience of scientific journal editors include promoting achievement goal level of editors,improving the abilities of adjustment and adaptation of editors,and cultivating the exploring spirit of editors.
