摘要
目的对食品检验报告的准确性、规范性等问题进行分析,以引起相关部门或机构的重视。方法参照《食品检验工作规范》要求,结合产品执行标准和国家食品安全标准,对检验报告的格式、检验项目内容、结果判定等进行比较。结果食品检验报告在报告的格式、引用标准、检验报告结论与单项检验结论、单项检验结论描述、限量符号使用、样品数量与检验所需数量的对应、异常检验数据、食品安全国家或地方标准规定的安全项目缺失、产品名称或标签内容描述判断等方面存在不准确、不合理等问题。结论相关部门应尽快出台食品检验报告方面的规范性管理文件,加强对食品检验机构的管理,同时,食品检验机构应进一步加强自身能力建设,提高食品检验报告的准确性、严谨性。
Objective To enumerate and analyze the accuracy and standardization of food test report,so as to arouse the attention of relevant departments or agencies. Methods According to the requirements of Food Test Specification,combined with product standards and national food safety standards,the formats of the inspection report,the contents of the inspection items and the results determinations were compared. Results Problems like inaccuracy and unreasonability in the food test report,especially on the format of the report specifications,reference standards,complete test report conclusion with single test conclusion,single item description,use of limited symbols,sample quantity and the required number of corresponding,abnormal test data,the lack of safety projects stipulated by state or local food safety standards,the product name or label content description and judgment. Conclusion Relevant departments should issue normative management documents on food test reports as soon as possible,strengthen the management of food test institutions,and food test agencies should further strengthen their capacity to improve the accuracy and rigor of food test reports.
