摘要
以香菇(Lentinus edodes)为试验材料,探讨不同种类生长因子融入水中对香菇转潮期和香菇产量的影响。以转潮时间和香菇产量为指标,通过单因素试验确定每种生长因子在香菇补水期的最佳浓度,再通过正交试验确定其最佳组合。结果表明,适当浓度的VB_1、VB_2、VB_(12)、三十烷醇均能缩短香菇转潮时间,提高香菇产量。最佳组合为VB_1 0.13 mg·L^(-1)、VB_2 0.10 mg·L^(-1)、VB_(12) 0.07 mg·L^(-1)、三十烷醇0.08 mg·L^(-1)。
By using Lentinus edodes as the testing material, the effects of different kinds of growth factors in water on the translocation and the yield of L. edodes were discussed. Based on the indicator of tide time and yield, the optimum concentration of each growth factor in the water-supplement period was determined through single factor experiment. Then the best combination was determined through orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the appropriate concentrations of VB1, VB2, VB12, triacontanol could shorten the tide iime and improve the yield of L. edodes. The best combination was VB1 0.13 mg·L^-1, VB2 0.10 mg·L^-1, VB12 0.07 mg· L^-1and triacontanol 0.08 mg· L^-1.
