摘要
【目的】研究污水含盐率对3种湿地植物生长及光合特性的影响,评价3种湿地植物耐盐性及其对含盐污水的净化潜力.【方法】以芦苇(Phragmites communis Trin)、香蒲(Typha orientalis Presl)和鸢尾(Iris tectorum Maxim)为材料,设置污水含盐率为0%(CK)、0.5%、1%,研究湿地植物生长和气体交换特性的响应.【结果】含盐污水处理下,3种植物生物量显著低于CK下同类植物的生物量,根冠比高于CK下同类植物的;随污水含盐率增加,含盐污水处理下3种植物生物量相比CK下同类植物的降幅显著增加,鸢尾和芦苇根冠比相比CK下的增幅显著增加.含盐污水处理下,3种植物叶长、叶宽、叶面积均显著低于CK下同类植物的,比叶重则高于CK下同类植物的.随污水含盐率增加,除气孔限制百分率上升之外,净光合速率、气孔导度、表观叶肉导度和胞间二氧化碳浓度均显著下降,胞间二氧化碳浓度则不显著.【结论】3种植物在含盐污水胁迫下植株生长受到抑制,地上部受抑制程度大于根系,导致根冠比显著提高.随污水含盐率增加,湿地植物光合能力下降的原因并不完全是气孔限制因素,可能与RuBPCase活性等非气孔限制因素有关.综合含盐污水处理下3种湿地植物生长和叶片光合特性得出,3种湿地植物的耐盐性及其对含盐污水的净化潜力表现为:芦苇>香蒲>鸢尾.
[Objective] To study the effect of sewage salinity on plant growth and photosynthetic characre-ristics of 3 wetland plants,evaluate the salt tolerance and potential in purification of salt bearing sewage of 3 plants. [Method] Taking Phragmites communis Trin, Typha orientalis Presl and Iris tectorum Maxim,he salinity rate of the sewage was set including 0%(CK), 0.5%, 1% to study the response of growth and gas exchange characteristics of wetland plants. [Result] The results showed that under the saline sewage treatment,the biomass of 3 plants was significantly lower than that under CK, and the root/shoot ratio was higher than that under CK. Under the saline sewage treatment,with the increase of salt salinity, the decreasing amplitude in biomass of the 3 plants significantly increased compared to CK, the root/shoot ratio amplification of Phragrnites cornrnunis and Iris tectorurn significantly increased compared to CK. Under the saline sewage treatment, the leaf length, leaf width and leaf area of the three plants were significantly lower than those under CK and specific leaf weight was higher than that under CK. With the increase of sewage salt rate, except for the stomata1 limitation rate, the net photosynthetic rate, stomata1 conductance, apparent mesophyⅡ conductance significantly decreased, while the decrease of intercellular CO2 concentration was not significant. [Conclusion] The growth of 3 plants was inhibited under salt sewage stress,and the degree of inhibition on aboveground was higher than that on root system, resulting in significant increase in root / shoot ratio. With the sewage salt rate increasing , the causes for the decline of photosynthetic capacity of wetland plants were not completely stomatal limiting, which may be related to the non stomatal factors such as RuBPCase activity. By comprehensive analysis of the growth and photosynthetic characteristics of 3 wetland plants under salt sewage treatment,it showed that the salt tolerance purification potential for salt bearing sewage of 3 wetland plants was Phragmites communis 〉 Typha orientalis 〉 Iris tectorum.
