摘要
动物组织学与胚胎学是一门形态学科,具有很强的直观性,实验课的学习主要通过显微镜观察动物组织切片标本的基本形态结构,验证理论课内容,将抽象难懂的书本知识具体化、形象化,利于学生加强记忆、掌握所学知识。将数码显微互动系统应用于动物组织学与胚胎学实验教学中,实现了师生互动、资源共享,形成了讨论式教学,调动了学生的学习兴趣,提高了教学质量与教学效果。
Animal histology and embryology is a morphologic subject,which is greatly intuitive. In the experimental course,the basic morphological structures of the animal tissue sections were observed by microscope,to verify the content of the theory course,concretize and visualize the abstract and difficult book knowledge,which is beneficial to strengthen the memory of students and help students to master the knowledge. The digital microscope mutual system is applied to the experiment teaching of animal histology and embryology,which realizes the interaction between teachers and students and resources sharing,forms a discussion teaching,arouses students′ interest in learning,and improves the teaching quality and teaching effect.
