摘要
目的:探讨质量控制在血液净化护理质量管理中的应用效果。方法:将2015年8月-2017年7月作为研究时段,其中2015年8月-2016年7月设为参照组,笔者所在医院血液净化护理质量管理中行常规管理干预,2016年8月-2017年7月设为试验组,笔者所在医院血液净化护理质量管理中实施质量控制,观察对比两组血液透析环境采样培养结果、热源反应和感染情况发生率及护理管理满意度。结果:试验组环境卫生采样监测中透析用水、透析液、透析治疗间空气、物体表面、消毒剂、工作人员手合格率均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组热源反应、感染情况发生率均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组护理满意度明显高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在血液净化护理质量管理过程中,质量控制管理措施效果显著,能够改善血液透析环境卫生条件,提升护理质量,并降低热源反应等情况发生率,临床推广意义显著。
Objective:To explore the application of quality control in blood purification nursing quality management.Method:From August 2015 to July 2017 as the study period,from August 2015 to July 2016 as the reference group,our hospital blood purification nursing quality management routine management intervention,from August 2016 to 2017 July as the experimental group,our hospital blood purification quality control of the implementation of quality control,observed and compared two sets of hemodialysis environmental sampling and culture results,heat response and infection incidence,and nursing management satisfaction.Result:The qualified rate of dialysis water,dialysis fluid,dialysis fluid,dialysis fluid object surface,disinfectant and worker's hand of experimental group were all higher than those of the reference group(P〈0.05).The incidence of heat source reaction and infection in the experimental group were all lower than those of the reference group(P〈0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the reference group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:In the process of blood purification nursing quality management,the quality control measures have significant effects,which can improve the environmental health conditions of hemodialysis,improve the nursing quality and reduce the incidence of heat source reactions.The clinical promotion has significant meaning.
