摘要
随着客车车身电泳工艺的普及和国家环保要求的不断提高,客车原材料前处理的作用已不仅仅局限于提升产品质量,同时可有效减少车身制作过程中的污染排放,直接表现出来的就是治理成本的降低。但原材料前处理自身具有独特性,存在环境治理和特殊性要求带来的投资,规划过程需综合权衡。
With the popularization of the electrophoresis technology of bus body and the improvement of national environmental requirements, the role of raw material pre-treatment is not only limited to improving product quality, but also effectively reduces pollution emissions during the production process and the directly performance is the reduction of governance cost. But the raw material pre-treatment is unique, the environmental management and special requirement can bring investment. So planning process needs to be a comprehensive trade-off.
