摘要
目的:分析与评价中医辩证联合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)的疗效。方法:选择56例KOA患者随机分为A组和B组各28例,A组给予中医辩证联合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗,B组给予玻璃酸钠关节腔注射单纯治疗。结果:治疗后两组的VAS评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且A组低于B组(P<0.05);两组的Lysholm评分均高于治疗前(P<0.05),且A组高于B组(P<0.05);A组的治疗总有效率(96.43%)高于B组(71.43%)(P<0.05)。结论:为KOA患者行玻璃酸钠关节腔注射配合中医辩证治疗可显著改善其疼痛症状与膝关节功能,取得较佳的治疗效果。
Objective： To analyze and evaluate the curative effect of TCM dialectical treatment combined with intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis（ KOA）. Methods： 56 cases of KOA patients were selected and divided into group A and group B. Group A received TCM dialectical treatment combined with intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate,and group B was given simple intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate. Results： After treatment,the VAS score of the two groups was lower than that before the treatment（ P〈0. 05）,and the score in group A was lower than that in group B（ P〈0.05）. The Lysholm score of the two groups after treatment was higher than that before the treatment（ P〈0. 05）,and the score in group A was higher than that in group B（ P〈0. 05）. The therapeutic effect rate in group A was 96. 43 %,which was higher than that in group B（ 71. 43 %）（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： For patients with KOA,intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate combined with TCM dialectical treatment can significantly improve their pain symptoms and function of knee joint,and achieve better therapeutic effect.
