摘要
目的:确定蒙根-朝吉咀嚼片的最佳成型工艺。方法:根据正交实验确立蒙根-朝吉咀嚼片的最佳成型工艺,考察因素为药物填充比、辅料的种类、粘合剂的浓度、润滑剂的量。所得咀嚼片对片重差异、硬度、脆碎度、口感、休止角进行评分,综合评分结果及正交试验方差分析,得出最优处方及工艺。结果:蒙根-朝吉咀嚼片的最佳成型工艺为采用糊精为填充剂,药物含量为80%,润湿剂乙醇的浓度为50%,润滑剂的量为1.5%。结论:此方法工艺简单、稳定,可行性、重现性较好,所制备咀嚼片具有方便服用、携带方便、口感好等优点。
Objective: To establish the preparation procedure for Mongen-chaoji chewable tablet. Methods: According to orthogonal experiment,the best molding process of Mongen-Chaoji chewing tablets was established. The factors of drug filling ratio,excipient type,adhesive concentration and the amount of the lubricant were investigated. The chewable tablets were scored for weight difference,hardness,fragility,taste and repose angle. Orthogonal test was used to analyze the variance of the comprehensive score,and the best prescription and technology were obtained. Results: The optimum molding process of Mongen-chaoji chewable tablet requires dextrin as a filling agent,drug filling ratio 80 %,the concentration of the wetting agent ethanol 50 %,and the amount of the lubricant 1. 5 %. Conclusion: The molding process of Mongen-Chaoji chewing tablets is simple,stable,feasible and reproducible,and the chewable tablet made in this way is convenient to take,and easy to carry and it tastes good.
