摘要
贵州省高校科技发展水平相对落后,且发展不均衡。亟需建立注重科技创新质量和实际贡献为导向的科技评价体系,发挥科技评价体系对高校科技创新能力和科技资源配置的导向作用。针对目前贵州省高校科技评价体系存在的评价指标单一、缺乏大学特色等问题,需要建立个性化,以创新质量和实际贡献为导向的科技评价体系改革方案。
The science and technology development level of universities in Guizhou province is relatively backward and not balanced. It is urgent to establish a scientific evaluation system which is oriented on the quality of scientific and technological innovation and the actual contribution. It is important to realize that science and technology evaluation systemplays the guiding role on the universityscience andtechnology innovation capacity innovation ability,as well as scientific and technological resource allocation. Aiming at the problem of the existing simplified indicatorsand lacking of features in universities of Guizhou Province,reform program need to be created,which is personalized,innovative quality and practical contribution oriented.
