摘要
随着互联网金融和创业模式的不断发展,金融市场由原来投资方完全主导逐渐演变成投资者和创业者的双向选择。创业者在享有更加广泛的资本市场和融资方式同时,也面临着资本流动过快、融资代价过大、融资选择困难等问题,给创业者创业成功带来了困扰。鉴于此,通过对创业者融资行为影响因素的分析,构建了以监管能力为"帮助之手"和以融资偿还代价为"掠夺之手"的"两手论"模型,并分析了模型中理想资金、常规资金、毒性资金和常规资金四种资金类别的特征,为创业者融资行为的选择提供了合理策略。另外,通过对安博教育和百度公司融资案例的分析,验证了策略的有效性,为今后创业者的有效融资提供一定参考依据。
With development of the Internet finance and entrepreneurial model, the financial market is completely dominated by the investors and gradually change into two-way choice of investors and entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurs enjoy more extensive capital markets and financing methods, at the same time, they also face problems which bring some troubles to them such as excessive capital flow, excessive financing costs and difficulties in financing selection and so on. In view of this, through analysis of the influencing factors of the financing behavior of entrepreneurs, we construct a＂hands-on＂model with regulatory power as the＂handing help＂and the repay-cost of financing as the＂plundering help＂, and also we analyze ideal funds, regular funds, toxic funds and conventional funds of the four types of funds for the characteristics of the financing of entrepreneurs to provide a reasonable strategy. In addition, through the analysis of Anbo Education and Baidu＇s financing case, we verify the validity of the strategies which provide a basis for the effective financing to entrepreneurs for the future.
