摘要
食品安全学是众多食品院校针对食品科学专业本科生开设的一门专业核心基础课程。结合近几年社会和工程教育的新形势,以OBE为导向开展了该课程教学改革与实践探索。对食品科学专业食品安全学课程的教学目标、教学内容、教学方法及课程考核方式等进行了阐述。
Food safety is a core basic course for undergraduate students in food science specialty in most food-related universities and colleges. Considering the new situation of social and engineering education in recent years,the teaching reform and practice of this course under OBE-oriented model. The teaching target,teaching content,teaching method and course assessment method of food safety course in food science specialty were expounded.
