催化裂化吸收稳定系统改进流程对比分析

摘要 利用流程模拟技术对催化裂化吸收稳定系统不同流程进行模拟计算,从产品收率、系统能耗的角度出发讨论不同流程优劣,为该过程的工艺改进提供参考和启示。计算结果表明,压缩富气直接进解吸塔的改进流程较常规流程热负荷下降10.26%、冷却负荷下降16.77%、液化气中丙烯产量增加78kg/h;稳定塔侧线轻汽油作补充吸收剂流程较常规流程热负荷下降8.08%、冷却负荷下降0.62%、液化气中丙烯产量增加58kg/h,但是C4损失量增加299kg/h。压缩富气直接进解吸塔的改进流程效果明显,具有非常好的应用前景,而对于稳定塔侧线轻汽油作补充吸收剂流程的适用条件有待进一步研究。 Both advantages and disadvantages of different absorption-stabilization systems in catalytic cracking process are discussed based on the product yield and system energy consumption by process simulation technology, which provides reference and inspiration for the process improvement.Results show that,compared with the conventional process,in the improved process that compressed gas rich directly intakes into desorption tower,the decrease of heat load by10.26%,the decrease of cooling load by 16.77%and the increase of propylene yield in liquefied gas by 78 kg/h.when light gasoline from stabilizer side line as supplementary absorbent process,the heat load decreases by 8.08%,the cooling load decreases by 0.62%,and the propylene production in the LPG increases by 58 kg/h,but the C4 loss increases by 299 kg/h.Consequently,the improved process presents a very good application prospect,and the adaptability of stabilizer sidecut naphtha as supplementary absorbent process needs to be further optimized.
