摘要
针对双锥型液-液旋流器导叶的设计问题,提出了一种新的基于空气动力学翼型的参数化造型设计方法 ,该新方法根据进口角、出口角等参数直接确定导叶关键点处位置,再通过Bezier曲线将关键点连接起来,形成叶型曲线。详述了新方法的导叶设计流程,推导了叶片型线方程,建立了导叶型线的参数化模型,并结合实例进行模拟验证。结果表明,新方法导叶具有以下优势:在几何特性方面,导叶型线光滑性好,具有良好的形状控制能力,且叶片型线方程中各个参数含义明确,便于有针对性地快速修改设计参数并再生模型;在流场特性方面,导叶产生流场具有更高的切向速度,并且导叶对流体的控制性好,更利于液-液分离。该新方法为轴流式液-液旋流器导叶设计与造型提供新的思路,可供工程设计使用。
Aimed at design and modeling of guide vanes of double-cone liquid-liquid cyclone,a new parametric design method based on aerodynamic airfoil was developed.The key points of curves in guide vanes were determined according to the parameters such as inlet angle,outlet angle etc.,and then the curves of guide vane profiles would be formed by connecting the key points through Bezier curve.The process of new method of guide vanes design was provided,and the equations of vane profiles were deducted.The example guide vanes designed with the new method were verified by simulation.The new method has some advantages.In the sense of geometry,the profiles of guide vanes are smoother to provide a good ability of shape-control.In the meanwhile,the parameters of the profile curves have a clear meaning so the new method of parametric design could be used to quickly modify the design parameters and to regenerate the geometry model.In the sense of flow field,the tangential velocity is larger,and the fluid could be controlled well by the guide vanes that is beneficial to liquid-liquid separation.The new method provides a new thought of design and modeling of guide vanes of axial cyclone,which is available for engineering design.
