摘要
主要针对机械锁止式限滑差速器的锁止机构进行研究。利用Solid Works软件对锁止机构实体建模。在达到限滑极限时,对锁止机构进行力学分析,通过计算得到不同限滑极限与离心机构各参数的关系,基于MATLAB对计算结果进行验证,得到离心机构各参数对车辆限滑极限的影响。结果表明可通过改变锁止机构的相关参数得到不同的限滑极限。根据仿真结果的分析得到相应的设计策略,为离心机构的系列化生产提供理论依据。
This paper mainly studies the locking mechanism of a mechanical locking type limited slip differential. SolidWorks is usedto model the locking mechanism entity. When the limit slip limit is reached, the mechanical analysis of the locking mechanism is carriedout, and the relationship between the different limit slip limits and various parameters of the centrifugal mechanism is obtained throughcalculation. The calculation results are verified based on MATLAB, and the influence of various parameters of the centrifugal mechanism onthe limit slip of the vehicle is obtained. The results show that different limiting limits can be obtained by changing the relevant parametersof the locking mechanism. According to the analysis of the simulation results, the corresponding design strategy is obtained, which providesa theoretical basis for the series production of the centrifugal mechanism.
