摘要
基于多相流理论,考虑空穴现象存在的同时,通过CFD模拟方法,研究润滑油中固体颗粒以及颗粒直径和含量对锥形静压轴承油膜承载能力的影响。结果表明:含有固体颗粒润滑油的轴承油膜轴向承载能力随转速的增大而增大,油膜径向承载能力随转速的变化呈波动状态;在高速转动情况下,轴承油膜轴向承载能力随颗粒直径的增大而增大,油膜径向承载能力变化呈波动状态;当轴承转速为10 000 r/min,颗粒直径为1 nm时,轴承油膜轴向、径向承载能力均随润滑油中颗粒含量的增加而有所提高。
Under the consideration of cavitation,the influence of solid particles in lubricating oil and its diameter and concentration on load capacity of oil film of conical hydrostatic sliding bearings is studied based on multiphase flow theory by CFD simulation method. The results show that the axial load capacity of oil film of the bearings with solid particles in lubricating oil is improved with increase of rotational speed,and the radial load capacity of oil film fluctuates with variation of rotational speed. The axial load capacity of oil film of the bearings is increased with increase of diameter of particles under high speed rotation,and the radial load capacity of oil film fluctuates. When the rotational speed of the bearings is 10 000 r/min and the diameter of particles is 1 nm,the axial and radial load capacities of oil film of the bearings are improved with increase of concentration of particles in lubricating oil.
